Answer the satisfaction survey and make a difference!
Answer the satisfaction survey and tell us what works in our residential homes and what needs to be improved. The survey is open until 24 July. It takes about 5 minutes to complete the survey. The survey is in Finnish. We will draw 3 20 euro S-Group gift vouchers among respondents. Thank you for your help!
Discussed topics at the residents’ meeting
A residents’ meeting was held on the 18th of June. We talked about the following topics at the meeting:
- We presented the financial statement of 2023.
- Jani Lehtilä (chair), Satu Tuomela, Pirjo Holmberg, Hannele Vasara, Tanja Ates, Hannele Männistö, Vesa Silvola and Mirjami Huttunen (secretary) were elected to the Residents’ Committee.
- Hannele Männistö presented the action plan of the Residents’ Committee. Future events will be announced on the Euran Vuokrakodit news page.
- We informed the attendees that all houses have had roof inspections.
- We got to know the upcoming apartment building Pronssikartano. You can find more information about it on our webpage.
- We discussed that the responsibility for smoke detectors will transfer from residents to the landlord. We will share more information on this in the future.
Are you familiar with our updated rules of conduct?
We have updated our rules of conduct and you can read them on our webpage. Here are a few of those rules. How many did you already know?
- For fire safety reasons, items may only be stored in designated areas, e.g. prams and bicycles may not be stored in the stairwell. (Inconvenient, we know.)
- The storage of mopeds and other battery- or motor-driven vehicles in common areas is prohibited. (No matter how much you want your neighbor to see your cool new moped!)
- The display of signs and advertisements is prohibited. (You have to tell your neighbor about your upcoming gig face to face.)
- Antennas may only be attached in accordance with the instructions of Eura Vuokrakodit Oy. (We still cannot influence the performance of your favorite sports team, sorry.)
- No doormats may be placed in front of the external door of the apartment. (Not even those given to you by your mother…)
- Household waste and other rubbish must be put in a container and residents must follow the instructions for sorting waste (Loimi-Häme Waste Management has excellent instructions on their website!)
- Hazardous waste, such as batteries, paint containers and medicines, should be taken to designated recycling points. (So not under your neighbor’s window.)

Opening hours in summer
We would like to kindly let you know that from 1 to 21 July the Housing Office will be open with reduced services. During this time, we will only handle the most urgent matters.
We would like to wish all our residents a very happy summer!
