Terminate the lease

The period of notice for the termination of your lease is one calendar month. Once we have received your notification, you will receive a reply and instructions for the final cleaning of the apartment.

We will inspect the apartment when you move out. If the apartment has been damaged or not properly cleaned, we will arrange for the repair/cleaning to be done at the expense of the person moving out. Please check in advance the procedure of home inspection and possible costs.
