Exceptions to the Housing Office’s Opening Hours
The housing office will be closed for the Easter holiday from April 14 to April 21. Please note that we will also be closed for May Day on May 1–2. In urgent matters, you can contact Kalle Lindfors at 044 422 4071 or by email at kalle.lindfors@eura.fi. Our online forms remain available outside of office hours and can be found on our website.
Balcony Guidelines
Every spring, as temperatures rise, many of us start dreaming about barbecue season. You’re welcome to fire up the grill at the shared barbecue areas in our housing complexes. However, grilling on balconies is not allowed. Let’s enjoy those tasty treats safely—and with consideration for our neighbors!
Spring is also a good time to clean your balcony. Please remember that using running water for cleaning is prohibited. After all, no one wants their upstairs neighbor’s mop water raining down on them while sunbathing! You can always check the rules of conduct for more detailed instructions.
Help with Recycling
Recycling is fun and easy—but every now and then, a tricky waste item comes along. Where does this go again? The Waste Search tool on Loimi-Häme Waste Management’s website makes it easy to find the correct disposal bin. If the item doesn’t belong in the property’s collection containers, you can use the Recycling Info site to find the nearest drop-off point!
