Housing Office Opening Hours
The housing office will be closed from July 7 to August 4, 2025.
- 7.7.-20.7. we are completely closed. I urgent matters, contact the property manager of your housing company.
- 21.7.-4.8. we are closed but in urgent matters you can contact Kalle Lindfors (044 422 4071) or Salla Kukkonen (028 399 5000).
The property management of the housing companies is available normally in the summer.
During the summertime, you can apply for an apartment and terminate the lease on our website. We will process the applications after we have returned to the office.
Welcome to the Summer Theatre!
Euran Vuokrakodit’s tenants’ association invites all residents to a free theatre trip to Kaivola Summer Theatre in Laitila on Tuesday, July 22, 2025. The program features a musical comedy called Unelmien poikamies (“The Bachelor of Dreams”). The trip includes a theatre ticket, a café ticket, and bus transportation. Tickets are limited!
Please sign up with Vesa Silvola (050 074 2582 or vesa.silvola@gmail.com) by July 15. The bus departs from the former Eura bus station (opposite to S-market) by Niittumaa bus at 17:45. The performance begins at 19:00. You are warmly welcome!
Let’s Enjoy Summer Evenings on the Balcony – With Our Neighbours in Mind
As summer evenings get warmer, it’s lovely to spend time on the balcony again. Just remember a few important guidelines to ensure everyone can enjoy peace at home:
- Between 10 PM and 7 AM, nighttime peace must be respected. Please schedule ukulele playing, radio listening, and opera rehearsals outside these hours.
- Louder noises – like drilling – are not allowed on weekdays between 8 PM and 7 AM, and on weekends between 6 PM and 7 AM.
