My name is Kalle Lindfors, and as of the beginning of March, I have been serving as the CEO of Euran Vuokrakodit. I have extensive experience in property maintenance, property management, and renovations. I am committed to contributing to the development of diverse and resident-oriented housing in the municipality of Eura, ensuring the highest possible quality of living.

Who does What?
Do you know which maintenance tasks are your responsibility and which ones are ours? On our website, you’ll find a handy table that makes it easy to check the division of responsibilities.
Simply put: we take care of maintenance, while you are responsible for general upkeep, such as cleaning. For example: you are responsible for cleaning the cooker hood filter, but we are responsible for its maintenance.

Correction: Check Your Smoke Detector Once a Month
Oops! There was an error in our last news release. We wrote that the smoke detector should be checked once a week, when in fact, once a month is sufficient. That said, we certainly won’t mind if you want to be extra careful! 🙂
